My September Favorites

Yay, this is actually the first time I post a monthly favorites on the exact first day of a new month. It feels like I'm slowly but surely creating a blogroutine and just let me say, that's quite impressive for me. I'm the worst at creating structure, but it feels like I finally get the hang of it. Anyways, monthly favorites. Besides sipping coffee in very hipster-like bars and shopping in o-so fancy conceptstores, I have a few more things to share with you.

First of all, Utrecht! God, I've been living under a rock or something. I don't know why I hadn't visited Utrecht before in my life, but it's such a lovely city! With all it's charms, it has won me over as well. You can read my Hi Utrecht post here.

Dille & Kamille. I already knew Dille & Kamille and I was so very excited when I found out Dille & Kamille is coming to Maastricht in November. I bought these very cute mugs and I'm strongly thinking about expanding my collection! Their tea is amazing too by the way, definitely the autumn collection.

My new Crueset. I feel like my mom talking about this, but okay. I've been absolutely loving my new Crueset. I literally used it for every single meal I've cooked this week, you can throw everything in that thing and it comes out amazing. Okay, that's not entirely true, I believe it has something to do with flavoring, herbs and spices, etc. But, if you like to cook, like me, and you're willing to spend a little more money as usual, than definitely go for a Crueset.

My new baby. And then my most favorite item of this month, maybe even of this year. My new camera! I was tired of my CANON 1100D, I just wasn't pleased about the photos anymore. I study Communication & MultiMedia Design which means I often use my camera for different purposes and you just see a huge difference in quality if I compare my photos with other students. I chose to buy the CANON 550D, which I'm so far, really happy about! The body is very lightweight and with the 17-85mm lens it's a magical combination! Also I still really like my 50mm.

Lifesum. I'm still trying to get more structure in my eating pattern. Eating smaller portions a day, drink 2L of water and exercise regularly. It's like I just have zero self-discipline and I hate it. That why I started using Lifesum, an app that keeps track of what I eat. It gives me a perfect view of what I eat, drink an exercise on a daily base. And if you like, it can even give you reminders for each one of those aspects. I like! So far, I'm really pleased about it, but I will write a more enhanced post about it soon!

Clipper tea. I already had a massive love for Clipper tea, but I recently bought the organic white tea with vanilla. (Voor de Nederlanders onder ons, gewoon te koop bij De Tuinen! Gotta love de Tuinen) And I'm loving it! It's light & sweet and really nice in the evening before you go to sleep.
